In the centre of Bodrum, by going through Zeki Muren Street and passing in front of the Halikarnas Disco, you come to the yacht pulling out area that yacht owners have named "Bindirek Vadisi" ( the valley of 1001 columns ).
The reason it was given this name is that is the sight of the hundreds of masts of the yachts that are brought ashore or anchored there. The unique boats of Bodrum, the Gulets or tirhandililer are made in shipyards located in Guvercinlik. |
